Thank you for considering everyroom for your next purchase. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, including fast and reliable shipping. Our shipping policy is as follows:


Shipping Options & Fees

  • Standard Shipping (Includes Delivery & Assembly)
    We offer standard delivery with a flat rate of $130 within interior British Columbia and $249 anywhere else Canada Wide.
  • Our delivery team will bring your furniture into your home, unpack it, assemble it (if required), and remove any packaging materials. This service is designed to give you a worry-free delivery experience.
  • For deliveries outside of the Greater Vancouver area, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us for a quote.

  • Customer Pick Up
  • We offer a free pick-up option from our warehouse.

    For Pick up options contact our sales team. If a third party is collecting your order please notify us in advance and ensure that they bring a photo ID or our warehouse team may deny pick up.


    Delivery Time

    We understand that prompt delivery is important, and we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery date. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and availability of the products.
    In-stock products are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks.
    Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.
    Please note that unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times, but we will keep you informed every step of the way.


    Delivery Method:

    We use reliable and reputable shipping carriers to ensure that your sofa is delivered to you safely and securely. We reserve the right to choose the carrier that will be used for your shipment.

    Once your order has been processed, our  team will contact you to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you.

    On delivery day our carrier will call you directly to plan for delivery to your home or business.

    Please ensure that you or someone authorised to receive the delivery is present at the   scheduled time.

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    In the unlikely event that your furniture is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours.
    We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any issues to the delivery team.


    Order Changes or Cancellations:

    If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
