Returns,Exchanges & Warranty:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your furniture, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus transportation, admin & handling charges.

Return Process 

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will contact you and make arrangements for item return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as custom or special order furniture, may not be eligible for returns. Please check with our customer service team for details on the return policy for these items.

Return Fees

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.The storage and handling fee may vary from $299 to 599 depending on couch.The furniture must be in its original condition.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned furniture and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. May take longer depending on banks.

Packaging Requirement:
Please retain the original packaging boxes for the product(s) you wish to return.If the packaging is not available, a restocking fee of will be applied.

Warranty: 

Thank you for choosing our furniture products. We take pride in crafting high-quality furniture that is designed to enhance your living space. In order to provide you with peace of mind and ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following warranty coverage for our furniture items:

  1. Warranty Period:

Our furniture products are covered by a frame warranty for a period of 5 Years and one year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of the furniture and is non-transferable.

  1. Warranty Coverage:

During the warranty period, we guarantee that our furniture products will be free from defects in workmanship. This warranty covers issues such as:

  • Structural defects, including frame breakage or warping.
  • Faulty or defective upholstery, including tears, stitching issues.
  • Finish defects, such as cracking or fading, under normal usage conditions.
  1. Exclusions:

Please note that the following circumstances are not covered under this warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading due to exposure to sunlight,excessive heat, humidity.
  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, floods, or other natural disasters.
  • Modifications or alterations made to the furniture without our prior approval.
  • Damage resulting from improper assembly or installation not carried out by our authorised personnel.
  • Damage caused by the use of improper cleaning agents or methods. 
  1. Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department within the warranty period. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, along with a detailed description and photographic evidence of the defect.

 Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include repairing or replacing the defective part or the entire furniture item, at our discretion. In some cases, we may require the furniture to be returned for inspection and assessment.

  1. Limitations and Remedies:

 Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective furniture or part thereof. If repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be made within a reasonable time frame, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit equivalent to the purchase price of the furniture.

Please note that any transportation or shipping costs associated with the warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by us. 

  1. Legal Rights:

This warranty is provided in addition to any statutory rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Our warranty does not restrict, limit, or modify any rights you may have as a consumer. 

  1. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Everyroom be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective furniture
